All products must be returned in like-new condition. (The hard drive should be enclosed in its original anti-static ESD bag. There should be no visible physical damage to the drive such as: Visible scratches / Bent or broken connector pins / Missing parts: screws, interface cards, components, etc.) The hard drive should be wrapped very safely. We will not accept items that have been abused or misused. Please contact us before returning for a RMA number. No returns will be accepted without the RMA number. Please allow 2 to 7 days after we receive the items to process your refund.

Manufacturer 3 year warranty. All of the serial #s of our drives are on file with the hard drive manufacturer. No receipt is necessary for warranty work. You can visit the website of the manufacturer and check the warranty status and initiate a return within the covered 3 year period.
